    Need your help , forgot my password , now i dunno how to open my excel sheet with out my password , i totally forgot

    Can any one help me open , Looking forward for your solution

    have 6000 rows of data EXCEL 2007 in format that must be changed to use another program
    row1 column A locus1 (this stays the same)
    row1 column B locus1 amplified sequence (this has to change)

    new format to run another program
    row1 column A locus1 (this stays the same)
    row2 column A locus1 amplified sequence (this has to change)

    don’t know how to move colB of each row to become colA of the next row
