Given: Mass m = 250 Kg;    Height  h = 2.00 m;   Time t = 2.00 s    g = 9.8 m/s²

Required: Power output or P = ?   Work = Force x distance  W = F x d;  F =mg

Formula: P = W/t   P = Fd/t   P = mgh/t

               P = (250 Kg)(9.8 m/s²)(2.00 m)/ 2.00 s)

               P = 2, 450 Kg.m²/s³  or can also be written as

               P = 2,450 J/s or Watts
