1/2( 6x + 4 = x + 2( x + 1)

1/2(6x + 4 = x + 2x + 2)

3x + 2 = 1/2x + x + 1

3x + 2 = 1 1/2x + 1
- 1 1/2x. -1 1/2x

1 1/2x + 2 = 1
- 2. - 2

1 1/2x = -1
/ 1 1/2x. / 1 1/2x

x = -2/3
