The biotechnology and the genetic engineering are relatively new where the study of biology is concerned, and this technology can be used for paternity /maternity testing or crime scene investigation, by using PCR to analyze DNA at a crime scene and used two types of a vector in recombinant DNA technology like E.coli and Salmonella.
