Answer: 3^x + 5x + 3

Subtract the functions to get that answer

(f - g)(x) = f(x) - g(x)

(f - g)(x) = [ f(x)  ] - [ g(x) ]

(f - g)(x) = [ 3^x + 10x  ] - [ 5x - 3 ]

(f - g)(x) = 3^x + 10x - 5x + 3

(f - g)(x) = 3^x + 5x + 3
