You're trying to find b..so isolate it...

[tex]b* \frac{a}{b} =c*b[/tex]

leaving you

a=c*b

still not done....

[tex] \frac{a}{c} = \frac{c*b}{c} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{a}{c} =b[/tex]

Thus, your answer.
