u got 3 terms....(3x^2) and (4y)..dont know if its neg or pos, and (-1)

I think it's 3...

Since 3x^2 has an exponent i don't think the exponent counts as a separate term so that's one,

4y is one term, that's two

and the constant, 1, which makes 3 terms.
