the first step is taking away the inequality and solving it. then graph.
Now put back in the equality. if its facing towards y every thing above y will be highlighted. if its facing away everything below will be highlighted.
last step is seeing if it's a greater then and equal too or a just greater then. if there's a line underneath then you get a line on the graph. if there is no line put dashes instead.
