National Grange
- The first sizable political organization formed by the U.S. farmers that were founded in 1867. It had nearly 900,000 members by 1875. Their goal was to provide opportunities for families and individuals of all ages to develop their full potential in order to build stronger communities and as well as a stronger nation.
